Here is another announcement: Lamplight Services are being held
again at
the Old North Church, 2724 Old North Church Road, North Danville,
Vermont. This is a lovely old church, much the same as it was a century
ago, with no electricity, so go prepared. Bring a dependable flashlight
and dress warmly. Evenings are still chilly even though we are
officially in summer mode now; and if you attend on one of those Sunday evenings that
happen to be during a rare Vermont "hot spell," remember there is no
air conditioning except the natural breeze and cool, fragrant air currents
from nearby woods and fields. Services at this beautiful old church are
always unique and you will be charmed by the church, its setting, and
the wonderful people responsible for keeping the church clean, in good
repair, and arrange for these summer services.

Services are at 7:00 PM
Sunday evenings, June 26, July 31, August 28, and September 25.
