Oh, dear - here we are, posting the end-of-summer activities already! The summer has flown by and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one that isn't ready for it all to end.
The final meeting of the Joe's Pond Association is on Saturday, August 24, at 10 a.m. at the pavilion. Looks like it's going to be a gloriously beautiful summer day, so come and enjoy the last business meeting of the 2019 season.
The Joe’s Pond Association Summer Cocktail Party starts at 4 o'clock Saturday afternoon and lasts until 7:30 p.m. There are plenty of tickets available at $5 each, and they will be available at the door, so no reservations or calling ahead needed! You are asked to bring an
appetizer to share and your own beverage (BYOB). The committee will also be selling raffle tickets for several nice donations from local businesses. The band, Exit 3
will be playing good time, rock ‘n roll music. Any questions, call
Linda Livendale, 802-272-6564 or Susan Yesalonia, 802-793-3973. It will be
a fun end-of-the-summer event!
