Here's some news lots of us have been waiting for:  the loons in the upper pond channel have hatched two eggs.  The chicks are really small, and Evenly asks that people be very cautious and avoid going too near the loons as the chicks are hard to see and also, we don't want to upset the loon family.  So give them plenty of room and use binoculars or take pictures with your zoom lens.

The Richers (at the end of Sandy Beach Road, driveway on the left), are having a really big lawn sale next weekend.  Here's what Evelyn sent to me:

Friday Yard Sale (6/20) (9-3pm), Saturday (9-5pm) and Sunday 3-7pm
I believe it will be rain or shine. (But we want lots of 'shine'!!)
