THE CLOCK HAS STOPPED!!
The official Ice-Out date at Joe's Pond -
April 8, at 5:25 p.m.

We can't announce a winner just yet, but we'll keep you posted. The flag was still floating around out there at last report, but that isn't unusual. The ice floe drifted far enough to disconnect the clock, and the block will go down within a short time. As soon as we know the winner or winners, I'll post it here.
