Fred has been able to contact the Sousa family about the cell tower on the silo on Cabot Plain, and they know of nothing that is going to further delay the tower's service to this area. In fact, they believe the tower could be operational as early as this week.

As some of you may know, there is a rumor circulating that the tower was been appealed again and being held up in the court system; however, that is not the case.
