This important notice came at about 4 o'clock from Tom Dente:

Hi Jane,
Steve Allen just called and said that the ski course is back up and a boat going through the course just hit a Loon. I asked Steve to call Ray to let him know so he could check on the Loon. The boat is a Master craft with VT number VT 66055. We should put this on the BLOG and maybe people would know who owns the boat. The boat did not stop, just slowed then motored away apparently aware they had hit the Loon.
