There will be an Open House at the Hardwick Area Community Coalition's new office space, 64 North Main Street, Hardwick (Across from the Legion), and a big Lawn Sale (next to the Police Department). You'll find TV's, Collectibles, Kids Items, Furniture, Movies and Records, and lots more. Benefit of Hardwick Area Community Coalition that serves area youth, striving to reduce alcohol, drug and tobacco use in the community of Craftsbury, Greensboro, Hardwick, Stannard, Walden, Wolcott and Woodbury.
On Saturday, September 20th, is Household Hazardous Waste Day for St. Johnsbury. If you live in St. Johnsbury, you can deposit your toxic waste materials at the Municipal Parking Lot on Main Street. THIS IS FOR ST. JOHNSBURY RESIDENTS ONLY, and will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The IWS transfer station on high street in St. Johnsbury is also accepting car and pickup truck tires for $3, also will accept 20# BBQ propant tanks FREE this day only. Contact St. Johnsbury Town Manager's office at 748-3926 with questions.
