Construction Work Update Route 2 Betty Ritter • Town Clerk, Cabot When: Jun 2, 7 AM to 6 PM, Jun 6, 2025 Construction Update Marshfield-Danville NH PS19(1) [U.S. Route 2 Resurfacing Project] TRAFFIC IMPACT AND DURATION: From Monday, June 2 through Friday, June 6, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., motorists should anticipate minor delays and alternating one-way traffic on U.S. 2 near the Marshfield Dam in Marshfield. Flaggers and Uniformed Traffic Officers will be present to assist motorists through the work zone. CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES: Crews will continue paving on U.S. 2 near the Marshfield Dam in Marshfield.

 

Road Closure Update Sid Griggs • VT Rte 215 N, Cabot Good morning. Menard road is moving along well. The Fenoff crew installed the new culvert yesterday and began backfilling. They will continue to work on the head walls and backfilling before the weekend rain to allow water to flow through the culvert for the weekend. Fenoff advised yesterday that Menard road is planned to be closed next Tuesday June 3rd for the day so the crew can remove the bridge and build the road surface up to travel level. Jug Brook road will have equipment mobilized to the site beginning Monday June 2nd as planned, the contractor stated that the road would not be closed until Tuesday.
