PickleBall Party!

 Hello Joe’s Pond Pickleballers. 

Sending a reminder that this year’s Picklefest Fundraiser is Sat August 13th (always the 2nd Sat in Aug).  We are again asking for a $50 donation per person for the courts.  There has been a lot of discussion in the past about this day and the goal is to get together, play some fun games, raise some money for the courts and have fun.  You will randomly play around 4-5 games and then 4 players will get a chance to go home with some pickles.  The starting age is 10 years old and the ending age is 100 years old!

 Please show up Sat around 10:15 to check in and get your number so we can warm up and start playing by 10:30ish.

Pam and Joe Hebert have offered to host the post pickleball potluck gathering that evening starting at 5pm.  Please bring an app to share.

DOUBLES TOURNAMNET SUN 8.14

Sunday’s competitive doubles tournament will be a doubles tourney.  You will need to find a partner for this.  Depending on how many teams we get we will try and play each team in timed games (probably around 12 minutes) then the top 4 teams will play for the championship based on points.
