Cottage for Sale

We had an email this morning from John and Annie Sherwood saying they have decided to sell their cottage on Edgewood Avenue. This picture is the road side of the cottage - the front has a large screened porch and a screened sleeping porch on the 2nd story. Here's the information they sent to us.
