Hi Jane

Pat and I watched a very young Eagle enjoying a fish lunch on our beach about an hour ago.  Some black birds or crows approached the Eaglet looking for a free meal but decided to flair off when the eaglet flared it’s wings.  When the Eaglet was full it flew off leaving its fish, about 9 inches long, as it was too big for the young bird to carry. Thinking it will be back to dine again.

We were not able to get any pictures as the phones were not with us. Perhaps the bird will be back this afternoon?
