The number for the Middlesex State Police Barracks is 802-229-9191. If the noise is bothersome to you, try to get as much information as you can - make/model/number plate/times of travel - and give the State Police a call and see if they can help. At least they may give the driver a warning and if he slows down, the sound won't be as offensive and people on this road will be both safer and happier.
