Danville Route 2 Project

Project:  Danville FEGC 028-3(32)

WEEK OF 10/29/12

 Village Green:

UTILITY CREWS – Crews from FairPoint and Charter will be working for the next few months to relocate their lines underground. 

Route 2:

Street Lights:  Crews will continue working on the new street lighting along Route 2 this week. 

Line Striping:  There are two remaining crosswalks to be installed, both on Route 2.  This work is contingent upon favorable weather conditions. 

Line striping will require lane closures and alternating one-way traffic throughout the project.  Traffic control personnel will be present to maintain traffic flow.

Crews will be sealing structures along Route 2, weather permitting.
