The Joe's Pond community is saddened by the death Monday of long-time Joe's Ponder and dear friend to many here, Frank Temple. Frank loved Joe's Pond. He and Dot arrived early each spring at their West Shore Road cottage and they were among the last to leave in the fall. Frank loved to fish and spent many hours each season in his boat with his buddy, Doug Hamilton, either here on Joe's Pond or other Vermont lakes.
We will miss Frank. He was a friend and a gentleman, in every sense of the word. Friends who wish send condolences should send them to: Dot Temple, 76 Breezy Hill Rd., St. Johnsbury, VT 05819. Our sincerest sympathy to Dot and their family.
