I know some of you have been waiting to find out when the next Inspired Dinner will be, so here it is:

Our April Inspired dinner was rescheduled from February to Saturday, April 21rst at 4:30 pm. So we will be celebrating Mardi Gras in April with a Cajun/Creole Inspired Dinner! The dinner is being hosted by a former N'awlins resident now residing in Danville. The inspiraton movie is The Last Holiday. As always you can call Henretta Splain at 227 9009 or Susan Tallman at 684 3836 or the Pope Library at 684 2256. We are really excited about this dinner. The menu will be:

APPETIZER: Oysters 'Danville', Craw fish cocktail
ENTREE: Chicken and Smoked Sausage Gumbo

Dirty Rice

Spicy Salad Greens with Penny Lane Dressing

Baguette

Bananas Foster
