Cabot Historical Society's signature event, APPLE PIE FESTIVAL, is Saturday, October 15. Mark your calendar and come enjoy great apple pie, a terrific lunch, fabulous crafters and a silent auction. This fundraiser supports the educational and preservation work of the Historical Society for the year.
Ten pounds of ground beef
50 hamburgers
125 hot dogs
5 packages of American or Cheddar cheese
6 gallons of apple cider
And we're always looking for people to make chili and bake apple pies to donate.
We are also looking for contributions for the silent auction. Items that go particularly well include handmade and homemade items and small antique objects.
If you can contribute food, please email: Jeannie Johnson.
Silent Auction donations go to Tara Rogerson (917-2992).
Thank you if you can help, and we hope to see you on Saturday the 15th. The apples are particularly beautiful this year; the pies should be great.
