Don't forget to join the Cabot Planning Commission at the Willey Building this Monday evening to envision the future of Cabot. Dinner at 5:00, meeting begins promptly at 6:00.
Bill McMaster (University of Vermont Extension) will facilitate discussion and group activities that will lead to the creation of a vision to serve as a guide for the Cabot Town Plan.
The evening will include a brief background on the Town Plan and the Cabot community, and will feature highlights from the recent Cabot Community Planning Survey (download complete survey results here [ http://www.cabotvt.us/ Documents_Library.html], or review a hard copy at the Town Clerk’s office.)
Thank you to all who have already responded -- for those of you who haven't, there is plenty of room for all. With free dinner and childcare, and an opportunity to shape the future of Cabot, you can't go wrong!

From Susan Alexander:
Those 10-10-10 meetings will be on Tuesdays and not Wednesdays as previously reported. Tuesdays at 7:00 at The Center for Agricultural Economy next to Claire's on Main Street Hardwick. If you are unable to attend the meetings but would like to receive the notes from them email Nancy Notterman at: nancyn@together.net
Please mark your calendars for 10-10-10 and join us to rally for 350.org and "inspire the world to rise to the challenge of the climate crisis—to create a new sense of urgency and of possibility for our planet". We are currently at 390 parts per million (ppm) of CO2 and we need to be at 350 ppm which is possible if we all work to live smarter!
