Here's a little news flash . . . I had a message today from Matt Randall regarding the photo I posted a few days ago of his mom's pretty strawberry jam. Here's what Matt says:
It's always funny to see photos of the jam because they're not actually fluorescent pink in reality. They're a darker red color but because of the flash or lighting they always seem to look hot pink.
Geeze, Matt, that's sort of disappointing. That pink was such a beautiful color, now we'll need to readjust our thinking back to the normal color of strawberry jam. No matter what the color, I know it tastes great - I've had your mom's jam in the past. Thanks for the reality check, though. Great to hear from you.
