We are sad to tell you one of our long-time Joe's Ponders has passed away. Barbara Smith, who, with her late husband, Gordon, owned two cottages on North Shore Road, died at her St. Johnsbury home on Sunday. She would have been 91 on January 17th. I received the following good news message from Nancy Buttura today:

We are excited to announce the birth of our second granddaughter, Riley Mckenna Taylor, born on November 20th, 5:25am, 6 lbs 12 oz, 19 3/4 inches long. Parents are Heather Buttura Taylor and Nick Taylor of Concord, NH and grandparents are Fella and Nancy Buttura of Barre . We cannot wait to get her to Joe's Pond this summer.
