If you've been wondering how to help the people of Haiti, there's a link below that will explain what's needed and how you can get involved through IMC Worldwide.

Donating is easy: You'll find a widget in a box near the bottom of the IMC web site's home page that will allow you to make a $10 donation to IMC which will be charged to your mobile phone. Below is a brief description of what IMC does.
(In case you want to check the validity of this before you do anything, here's what I found on www.snopes.com Unfortunately, there will be many scams to take advantage of the dire situation in Haiti, so to be sure whatever you donate reaches a legitimate organization to benefit the situation in Haiti, always check with snopes.com or some other validating source.
International Medical Corps is a global, humanitarian, nonprofit organization, founded by volunteer doctors and nurses and dedicated to saving lives and relieving suffering through relief and development programs. Our emergency response team is in Haiti responding in force. There are still thousands of patients seeking treatment of which approximately 80% are in need of surgery and are running out of time - especially with the tremendous aftershocks still devastating this country. The team is treating crush injuries, trauma, substantial wound care, shock and other critical cases with the few available supplies - And they're in it for the long haul.
