The following came this morning from George Parizo on Sandy Beach Road. I've heard of at least two people who had problems with the motors on their pontoon boats this past summer, so perhaps this will help:

A lot of us have had trouble this summer with Ethanol Gasoline (E-10) in our boats, and lawn equipment. I just got some lecture on a product that may be of some help, It's called Star-Tron produced by Starbrite inc. It claims it can be used in all gas engines, and they offer a separate product for diesel engines. It claims that it is different than Emulsifiers (dry gas etc.) as their product is an Enzyme ( big words always make a product sound good) I personally have not tried it yet but plan to. Giles Power Sports in Barre stocks it and is using it in Boats they are winterizing this year as it takes the place of Sti-Bal. (down South, the product is available in Wal-Mart) Check it out on www.startron.com It may just save us from big repair bills next spring.

Thank you, George, for sending this to us.
