Reminder Alert!

The Roast Port Supper is coming up on the 30th, so time is getting short to secure your ticket(s). I heard from Bo Keach this morning - she said the chef needs to know by Thursday how many to plan for, so if you haven't contacted either Bo (802-684-3673)  or Mary Anne (802-684-2195), please do that before Thursday! That's this Thursday, July 21. It sounds like it will be a super good meal, one you won't want to miss. I hope to see you there!

We had heavy rain last night - I measured 1.65 inches this morning! That is a lot for here. I expect brooks and rivers are running high - but we sure did need the rain. Everything is lush and green this morning - but we are in for more really hot weather today and tomorrow, so be careful, wear your sunscreen, and don't overdo in this heat! We are fortunate not to have the temperatures that are breaking records in other parts of U. S. and many countries throughout the world, but still - it's hot, so be careful. Drink lots of water, and pace yourself!
