This promises to be an interesting day, weatherwise. I always like when the wind is gusty - it keeps the black flies from making contact as much. I'm not sure I'll be outside much, though. I have begun cleaning closets and weeding out stuff I no longer need. I'm working on both clothes closets and the supply closet in my office. Big disaster areas! Everything has a place, but sometimes when I'm in a hurry (which is most of the time) I don't put things back in place. Then things begin to deteriorate. It's a good springtime exercise to clean closets and dresser drawers (I always find things I'd forgotten we had!). When the weather gets really hot and I'm looking for a cool place to hang out, I'll start working on my sewing area in the basement. Everything I don't want to deal with upstairs in the living area ends up down on my cutting table or sewing machine. Now that the book writing process is winding down to an occasional burst of creative energy to come up with a caption or correction, I have time to take care of all the odds and ends that have collected or items misplaced over the past six or seven years. Yes, it's been that long! A lot of junk can collect in that time. That's not to say I haven't weeded out some things in all that time - I have; just not done a very thorough job. Now's the time!
I received this from Jamie Stewart this morning - and I found it very interesting. It's a thorough analysis of the progress of Covid-19, in charts. Take a look: HERE
