Identification Needed

This photo came to me recently and I would like to know who, besides Bill Dimick (foreground with cigar) these men are. Someone surely should recognize the man reaching into his pocket, and maybe the one behind him sitting on the table. The picture was taken probably in the 1950s at the Joe's Pond Association recreation area, very likely at a regular meeting or perhaps a board meeting.
