Here are the pictures of the Ice-Out setup this morning.  That block and flag seem tilted even more than last night, but it's cold this morning and very windy - and the wind sweeping down the pond across the ice might have had some effect on the block during the night, tipping it a little more.  It is likely fairly well frozen this morning, though.  The temperature got well below freezing last night and I believe will stay around freezing during today.  We'll keep watch and post any changes.
